One Honest Hour is a consulting service operated by Jon Lakoduk. This privacy policy explains what information is collected when you visit onehonesthour.com or book a session, how that information is used, and your rights regarding that information.
The short version: we collect minimal data, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone who doesn't need it to make your booking work.
Analytics data. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the page — which sections they read, how long they stay, and what they click. This data is anonymized and aggregated. We cannot identify you personally from analytics data.
Booking information. When you book a session through Calendly, you provide your name, email address, and payment information. Calendly and Stripe process and store this information according to their own privacy policies. We receive your name, email, and session details to prepare for your appointment.
Email communications. If you email jon@onehonesthour.com or submit pre-session materials, that information is used solely to prepare for and conduct your session.

Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics according to your GA4 settings (default 14 months). Booking and payment records are retained as required for tax and business purposes. Email correspondence is retained at our discretion.
